They seem to care about the dog. They worked to get the dog's trust.

#1 reason: Even though there is Covid concerns, they allow the parents/owners to be present while their pet(child) is being examined. All are masked and you wait in the car until a room is available. Would ANYONE let their child be examined by a doctor without a parent being present?
#2: they are so kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, and if they believe your pet needs further medical attention, they call and get appointments on your behalf.
#3: then when your pet passes, this clinic goes above and beyond; including a list of pet loss support groups, death certificate, paw prints, personalized sympathy card signed by many staff members.
All of these remarks I experienced myself. Words don’t describe how grateful I am to the Rice Pet Clinic.
